Processing Times
Framed Prints: Made-to-order. Please allow 3–7 business days for printing and framing.
Sculptures and bags: Due to the specialized packaging and handling required for 3D works, please allow [7–10] business days for dispatch. If a sculpture is a "pre-order" or "commission," lead times will be stated on the individual product page.
Shipping Methods & Tracking All orders are shipped via fully tracked premium courier services. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your item is dispatched.
Packaging & Safety
Prints: Our 24x30 frames use high-quality, shatter-resistant Acrylite (acrylic) rather than glass to ensure safe delivery of your art.
Sculptures and bags: Each piece is securely double-boxed or crated with professional-grade internal cushioning to prevent movement during transit.
Shipping Rates Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and dimensions. Large framed prints and sculptures are subject to specialized "Large Item" handling fees to ensure they are insured and handled correctly.
